As Jim Collins once wrote in his legendary book, Good to Great, great companies achieve their potential when not only the right people are on the bus, but the right people are in the right seats on the bus. This is a rough synopsis of a really poigniant concept that he writes about in terms of building the right team for a company to truly achieve greatness. It is true of schools as well as companies.
